Initial Submission Directions
- Initial submissions are due October 28, 2024
- All submissions are subject to double-blind review. Do not include any information in your initial submission that might identify the authors or their affiliation. This includes information in the document properties.
- Electronic Submission ABSEL 2025 Submission – ABSEL
- While it is desirable that initial submissions be formatted for the proceedings, it is not required until after acceptance for the conference. If you are going to use the formatting template for initial submission, be sure to omit author identification in your submission. See Revised Submission Directions, below, for the ABSEL Paper Template.
Revised Submissions Directions
- Revised submissions are due December 22, 2024
- Upon submission acceptance, authors will be provided with detailed comments from several reviewers with suggestions for improving the submission.
- The ABSEL 2021 formatting template should be used to format your accepted and revised paper for final submission and inclusion in the Proceedings. Submissions
- Types of Submissions: ABSEL accepts submissions on a broad range of subjects related to Experiential Learning including but not limited to submissions discussing theoretical models, empirical research, quantitative research, qualitative research, literature reviews, cases, demonstrations, games, exercises, simulations, and other work related to creative or innovative teaching and learning methods. We accept proposals for round table and panel discussions. We also accept extended abstracts of papers that will be ready for presentation at the meeting.
- Participants: In addition to teachers and researchers, we encourage participation from students and professionals.
- Awards: To be eligible for awards, submissions must be complete and submitted by the October 28, 2024 deadline. Incomplete submissions or extended abstracts of papers that will be completed in time for presentation at the meeting will not be considered for awards. Late submissions will be considered if there is sufficient space on the program.
